These film-inspired mixes were originally produced for 4Hero’s Nuwave Radio, and have been brought to life again by Tru Thoughts’ Rob Luis on Unfold Radio. This month he’s featured both parts of the mix on successive weeks of his show.

“They blend soundtrack gems, film-score moments and atmospheric underground beats,” says Jonny Miller, who painstakingly put them together back in 2006. “Most of the mix is blended in key, so a Thomas Newman score introduces a Troubleman and Steve Spacek as if one scene move effortlessly into another.”
