Five Soho record shops show the Blitz spirit to #saveplasticpeople.

In a display of record unity, London’s finest purveyors of wax will be playing in aid of Plastic People’s campaign to stay open. On Wednesday 31st of March, If Music, Sounds Of The Universe, Phonica Records, Wyld Pytch and BM Soho will be represented by the top notch DJs, owners and taste makers who work within their walls.

Far from a common occurrence, this is a one-off chance to see these DJ institutions playing side-by-side for an important cause that affects the entire record playing community.

Doors are opening at 8:30, with the first store starting at 9 and playing for an hour each up until 2am. They’ll also be a petition to sign on the night.

Entry’s free and the soundtrack will be special. Unlikely to ever be repeated, make sure you get down to support the cause .

Brilliant review!...
Version of S/D/Mofo was unhinged; definitely not ponderous. It was crazy, dirty, wrong...
Stunning photo, whoever took that must really know what they're doing. Oh, good tracks ...
