Few electronic artists playing at the moment are embraced by such a diverse range of fans as Sigha (pronounced sire). Whilst dub / techno seems to be his main calling card, the minimal and dubstep cats have also moved to adopt his music as their own. In a competitive London scene where identification with a scene becomes increasingly important, Sigha has developed a reputation as an international DJ with a work ethic at turning out parties, a taste-maker in his own right and a production force to transcend any reference points to existing genres.

Sigha’s been watched for a while, his catalogue on Hot Flush alone having been dropped (in record and name) by everyone who can get their hands on them. With the release of his new Shake EP on the label having come recently, we’ve been working on getting something together on the man, but in the meantime this mix is too dope not to be shared.

Originally available through the Reprise Agency last month, the generous fellows at Sigha’s camp have agreed to let us repost it here for those that missed out. Trainspotters you’ve got your work cut out for you, he’s not one for tracklistings and knowing his reputation any dubs aren’t easily available.
